You've come to the right place. Welcome to the community! There is so much hope here, you just have to do some leg work. This thing is definitely not easy if you're an addict like me, but it's certainly possible.

Get engaged with the community ASAP. Read posts, reply when you can add value, start a journal in the 'Reboot Logs' section, update multiple times a day, get accountability partners, help others, and avoid your triggers.

Getting sober and staying stopped takes consistent action on a daily basis...but it is certainly possible.
