When I have pmo'd I prefer to look at it as a setback rather than a failure, I believe I've failed if I completely give up on nofap. It's great that you have joined nofap but don't assume that by joining you will magically overcome pmo, like many here including myself you may have some setbacks but the point is to learn and keep trying better next time.

Observe your triggers and see what you can do work around them. Have you carried out some introspection as to why you pmo? Is it simply that you're horny is it something deeper like stress or loneliness? If you can identify that, then you may be able to work on yourself in that area. Find some new things to focus on, an idle mind is the devil's playground.

I hope you have success on this journey.

yes , i have introspected, it is due to excessive loneliness and some rude friends who always made fun of me, and 2nd because of pressure of study, i am an engineer from final year. firstly i thinks it as a substitute for coping stress and never realize that when it becomes my habits.

Sounds like you may need to surround yourself with the right kind of people instead. When I look back to when I was younger I also had people who I called friends who were actually people who just made me feel worse, I don't even know why I kept them in my life for as long as I did.

I know the final year of university can definitely be stressful but being in the final is more reason not to pmo, this would be a terrible time to have brain fog and have it hinder your studies.
