I had a few solid streaks from Dec-Feb and really felt the spirit of nofap, but recently, it has all slipped. I can’t remember the last time I had more than a 7 day streak. I can feel my masculinity being shut out more and more, and I just recently was edging and accidentally slipped. Any words of council would be appreciated.
