I am struggling to figure out my "why" to quit porn.

How to brainstorm a good justification to quit porn use? I made a 5-year plan a few years ago, it's really helped me.

We get into a rhythm with life and its commitments. One moment you're at school, then you have to pick a career, and before you know it you may be in a day-to-day cycle that's not what you imagined.

You could stay this way for 5 years. Imagine that. Try writing down what that future you would be like. What would he be passionate about? Would he have certain hobbies? What would be different?

And then you can imagine, what would be my (realistic) ideal version of myself in 5 years time instead?

Could that same person have sacrificed their living standards and social life, in order to study part time to get the skills for a job they find more fulfilling? Or maybe the job is good, it's a physical transformation you're envisioning? Or a social change? Or maybe simply a general improvement in all areas?

With spare time with no porn or video games, would they pick one night a week to meet friends for quality time? And one day a week to pursue their hobby.

Would they spend endless hours on online dating? Or strike up a conversation every once in a while with a cute girl waiting in the grocery line in front of them?

I'm conscious this is turning into an epicly long post now haha - but I think I've made my point. 5 years goes quickly. Don't look back in regret, plan for the future with realistic but positive expectations!

Well porn is not real sex your brain think it is, after a while it creates PIED, and this flaccid penis will translate into a flaccid personality and these two women can smell it and it will be really hard to get a girlfriend/wife and if you do, you'll get PIED.
