I can't seem to stop , I'm not in control anymore !

Earlier like most people I would start a nofap session and say before I relapse my brain would say "Hey c'mon lets do it " , now there's no asking for permission , it feels like I don't even try anymore . I can't seem to find the reason for this . Is this just me giving up psychologically ? Or is this like a deeper stage of addiction ?
And how do I get myself out of this mess. Its kind of like i'm in the center of the whirlpool just spinning around out of control .
