I can't sleep

    Today is my second today, last night I only slept about 4 hours, so i think today i will be very sleepy, but i wake up again and again(this never happened to me before).
    after wake up, I pay attention to my mind carefully like meditation to avoid PMO, but today it not work well as before.
    anyone have any idea about this phenomenon? please help me.

    I don’t sleep when I fap. So I’m the complete opposite. It sucks.
