If the girl makes you relapse, I would say either tell her to stop tease and tell her to be your friend for real. Real friends to what´s best for each others. Tell her about your goals, and if she is in on helping you, then she is a real friend. If not, bock her, the same way you would block porn with a K9 filter. At this point she is just like porn to you.

 

Is she willing to meet you in person?
If not, she might as well be another cam girl and you should block her.

 

Try to make a serious point that the teasing disturbs you and you want it to stop ( whether you tell her about your addiction or not really depends on how much you trust her ) .

Blocking somone you like might just be too extreme , you should leave it as a last resort if she doesn't agree .

Your addicted brain is likely lying to you it's OK because she's a real woman. You're just getting your porn high from a different terminal.

Personally I've relapsed 3 or 4 times because of this. Phone sex and picture messages. Even worse if she's getting you to comply with it.

 

Let me ask you a question. Have you told her about nofap and what you are trying to do?

If not, do so. You might find that she is very supportive and willing to help you. Also, provided you are close enough to each other, you could suggest that you meet up and engage in other activities that don't revolve around sex. This in turn would help you reboot because right now your mind is fixated on sex which in turn makes you want to fap.

If you have told and she is still doing this you have two choices:

1) Stress to her the harm she is doing and give her another chance.
OR
2) Cut off contact.


Also, on a side note, this is the second thread you've started involving relapses induced by cam chatting with women. If you are serious about rebooting stop cam chatting. Go to getcoldturkey.com download it and tell it block those cam sites you like for the max period of time and hit yes. Once done you will not be able to visit those sites until that time is up, at which point you reset the timer.

By this point it should be abundantly clear to you that cam chatting is NOT good for you, and needs to be removed from your life if you want to reboot.
