    Yes, PMO does cause all of these.

    However, it's also important to note that PMO can amplify what you're already feeling. So if you're angry deep down about your work for example, PMO can make you feel even worse. Basically, no PMO for a while, and if you're still suffering from the above, then it's time to look at other areas of your life, whether it's personal, social, financial, or physical.
