There are all types of legal issues connected to those under 18 or 21 viewing porn, big bad trouble for those who know, are responsible and do not report what could be a crime. A former teacher just went to jail for sending pics of her breasts to a student who was underage. That and other indecent exposure as well as porn access are taken very seriously in some jurisdictions.

Thing is when you’re in this position of getting to 7 days and binge watching porn it is making the addiction worse because the sensitised pathways peak around this point making watching porn more pleasuring.

My solution is to flatten the dopamine spikes as much as possible. Several smaller dopamine hits are better than one big spike.

Also I am at the point where I am so sensitised that I can finish in a minute to a single picture of a naked girl. As far as I’m concerned this is fine for now as my brain can get used to this level of dopamine which is comparable to what I could get from sex.

I could not handle cold turkey the only thing pure abstinence has on my method is that it’ll take me a bit longer to recover.

Moatassem is my school mate, I'm 14 too, everyone in my school (boys) is addicted to this shit, I don't think anyone can do anything about it at this point, if it's like u said *very serious* then why are these websites exposable to 12 year olds?!

I'm shocked this stuff is so available and no one is taking responsibility especially with underage stuff.

EXACTLY, they should make sure the person is 18+, or make the user pay to see it, cuz this is just bullshit

Porn, gaming, and all other internet addictions are pernicious and very hard to break away from. This is a health crisis, and solutions would involve as they do in some other countries, sending the addicted off to camps for rehabilitation. I don't see any other solution except for tough oversight in the home environment, cutting out access, and other rigorous programs.

Exactly, from my inaccurate calculations, only about 1/30 would quit in the first 5/4 years , I'm using my school's population here, and I only know one person who quit, out of everyone who is addicted, only I have made it further than 10 days without it, which is really sad considering that almost everyone wants to quit it

Guessing?? It has been proved scientifically that the dopamine released to porn is WAY more than food, gaming and Internet, gaming is just a habit with some discipline can be stopped, but porn... even some of the people with the highest will power can't quit it
