When you sedate yourself with masturbation and porn it kills all your motivation and you do become lazy, and it’s a vicious cycle if you continue.

You’ll absolutely have little to no desire to go out there and even meet or talk to people. You’ll likely stay home and even suffer from a self induced depression as well.

 

You know very well that porn will only dig a bigger hole, a temporary relief that you have to pay for sooner or later, same with alcohol and same with any drug.

But it's never just porn that is the cause of problems, it's the chicken or egg thing, not easy to tell if porn is causing the depression or if depression is causing the porn addiction.

Honestly, I think if you do not revise the way you think about women and spend time to learn their nature, you are going to be used and abused again, and again, and again.. The same way you have been used up by your "ex".

From the way you describe her, the breakup doesn't seem to be truly "mutual", your life should have a meaning without worshipping a woman.
Generally speaking, women like to keep their options open. So that they can get back to a guy if they couldn't get what they want from the newer guy or what they hope to get or are out of better options.

Do not ever make the mistake of thinking that men and women think in the same way, they do not!
