I get triggered by sucess stories

    I have a severe femedom addiction for more than 2 years .I Did 4 to 5 sessions of an hour almost daily .When I read stories of people in which they tell how they have countered thier femedom addiction and what was thier level of addiction,that triggers me and I feel temptated to it .Should I avoid reading success stories and using such forums ?
