I have been knowing nofap for such a long time, at first when I know this, I was already suffering in doing fap, and also watching porn. For truth, I never told this to anybody, because this is too annoying and so uncomfortable telling others, I am so struggling looking for help. However, my inner thought is thinking about my own good, to prevent my guilty being knew by others. I come back looking for Nofap, it is because a video from Tedx has inspired me, to stop all this stupid things. The video is about why a guy stopped watching porn, he said that it is not only bad for you and for me, it is worst for the sex workers and it promotes sex abuse in women and young girl child, because whenever we watch porn, it causes demand for sex industry. What he had said here, it makes me think about what I am doing, its not just my personal problem, it's about worldwide issue. It's immoral for me to keep doing that. So, just now I remembered that there is a website that helps these people, including me, to quit fapping & porn. Without any other thinking, I joined it. This is my start here.
