I have no idea whether this is part of the withdrawal symptoms

So, I'm having these stinging pains on the skin of my shoulder, but the weird thing is that it only happens when I touch a certain spot on the back of my head(after which that spot would suffer the same stinging pain). It's been about three weeks since I abstained from PMO, and I have no idea whether this is part of the legendary withdrawal, or just the fact that I've been sleeping late these couple of days. Please give me some advice about this.
