I tell myself first step is to admit you have this addiction. I have a porn addiction and want to be free from this. I have fears , i fear of failing my wife failing my marriage, and failing myself. Well one of my things i want to do is be more active around the house do more little projects. having something to do that allows me to have some measure of success gives me a bit of confidence that i can do anything. this way when it comes to PMO i can defeat that and get over that and get back to a normal healthy life.
