    Just easier to stay clean which makes recovery more effective. But, in todays world I’m not sure how many could actually do this. So many jobs require them, so much easier to communicate etc. my husband doesn’t have any access to internet unless I’m in the room with him. He has locked down his phone and I have to unlock it when he needs to get on line for work. It’s inconvenient. Lol. But he has said it makes recovery so much easier

    Say it makes sense that the desire to watch porn and sex disappeared a few years ago, long before I was abstinent, as if I continued to masturbate out of an unwavering habit

    No one goes hardmode and doesnt heal people relapse and count that as a whole "nofap journey for a year" infact its just 6 month.

    The timeline doesnt work that way.
