    Hey guys, I am 20 years old, I was involved in PMO for 8 years. I have been trying to quit for several times. Over those years I had several good periods of refraining for 30 and 50 days a few times. But I lose those battles. I believe that this platform and community could help me to reboot absolutely.

    PMO topic is really important these days and I would like to speak about it to young people in my country. I am going to start spreading the message through poetry and through Spoken World competitions.
