These days I've been really busy with stuff at the uni, so I just decided to tell you that I have successfully completed a month without PMO. I'll make a full post about my experience soon but I must deal first with other responsibilities...

    Wish me luck ;)

Yes! I have learnt a lot during this time. In first place, it has been interesting to know more about my own body.

Also, I had the chance to meet a girl who I tried to date but at the end she revealed she had a boyfriend... Kinda disappointing but, well, each day is a new chance to know a different girl. This was a good chance to improve my dating skills. After that I only know that for my age I should not be worried about looking for a long-term relationship. Instead, I'm focusing on looking for a friend with benefits, or something less serious. Just in order to have some fun without harming someone else's feelings.

On the other hand I have learnt more about my own feelings. I have been learning how to evaluate those feelings that affect my health and, then, how to manage them in order to remove them and move on without suffering that much. I'm still learning these techniques so if there is an emotion that is not easy to understand or if there is something that is too big to handle, maybe it will make damage... Maybe the same way that it did to ruin my process...
