I made my '30 Day' score but i have questions

    Hi ,

    My first score was 22 days.This time I made 30 days but i am kind of confused about some points.

    1 - I didn't last longer and didn't have harder erection if i compare with fappings before abstaining.I abstained 30 days correctly but why any changes didn't occur ?

    2 - I said never again but unfortunately i M'ed with P.But it didn't arouse me too much.I guess it's about blaming P for 2 months in this forum.Can i take this as a progress ?

    3 - I haven't had any wet dreams or enormous urges in this 30 day.Is it kinda weird ?

    My future goal is make 40 , 50 , 60 , 70 , .... day streaks without P.I will not watch P again !

    What you said in your post is similar to me. I finished my first 30 days as well, but barely. I attempted 35 days, but PMO'd at 27 days. But yeah, it's not as bad as the first one. I felt fine during week 2-3, but I didn't have any serious urges until the very end. I think building enough tolerance is part of the progress, and yes, I didn't have any wet dreams during the second attempt. I think that's a good sign. Also, my goal is the same; to keep progressing even if I fail. I will reach those 35 days and go from there. I hear you man. Good luck with your journey.

    It is better to M without P. P is the most addictive part of PMO. What you are going through is normal. Brain rewiring is different for everyone and some people report nothing happening until between 30-60 days. Exercise and finding new hobbies speeds this process up. You cannot just wait and not masturbate you have to do other things.

    Check this post out (warning, there are some triggers in here). Its a good instruction for nofap. You need to reinvent your lifes vision, not just do no PMO.

    I started to think i am wasting my time since my bout of abstaning.I go to gym 3 times in a week and i study english hard ( both are crucial for me ).But i can't get rid of idea of wasting time.

    As I am at D 42, Ill try to answer you the best I can.

    1 Why do you think you would last longer now? I dont think duration is key, but the feeling. Wasn't it stronger, more intense? Anyway, guilty may have influenced your "performance".

    2 It is a progress and it is not at the same time, you relapsed! But cheer up, there is no thing like "never again", just commitment and will. Go on.

    3 Perfectly normal, according to my experience. I had my first wet dream at D 32-33. The strongest urges were around D 10-15 and D 35-40.

    On 2:

    Hey man, since you saw porn it is progress but it is still considered a relapse. I see you reset the counter though. When I was watching regularly during the very end, there was a period of time where I simply was doing it out of habit I wasn't even happy watching it anymore. So even though that is progress it can still be a vicious cycle. Just abstain.

    On 3:
    Nope. I still haven't had any weird dreams so its not weird.
    If you don't have urges during 30 days without porn that is HUGE. I definitely recommend you using that, to make your reboot easier.

    On your goals:
    Don't do 40,50,60,70. Simplify. Say I'll do 3 sets of 30 days. Which is only 3 months. Then its up to you how far you want to take this.

    Thank your for advices.About streak type , i guess 30 , 40 , 50 , 60 is better and harder for me.I made 20 & 30 without relapse.My only fault is i have finished my streaks with P.
