I might spiral again. Please help.

What are you going through?

 

Try these out to calm anxiety:

1. Get away from the screen, outside into nature or even a patch of grass. Place your bare feet on the grass for 15-30 minutes.
2. While your doing this do 2 or 3 rounds of Wim Hof Breathing (easy to find instructions on Youtube, and easy to learn).
3. Next, practice the Surabhi Mudra for 7 minutes or so (hand gesture from yoga, easy to find instructions on Youtube etc.)

That's it. Why not try these and see what happens over the next few days?

 

This is an addiction man, it's not just a bad habit. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication over a long period of time to really get a handle on getting some real victory over it daily. Use the tools we have available to us to win!

I'd say the best, and most effective tool anywhere is the SA program. Yes, there is a lot of unknown and fear of being judged, but I guarantee you that there will be people that you will meet there that wish they'd only done the worst thing you've ever done. There is a man who is HIV positive in my group from an affair, there are people who have committed sexual assault, and there are guys who have used prostitutes. There are all kinds of men, and even some women here and there, who struggle with an addiction to lust, and it is AMAZING to connect eith them and offer and receive help from them!
