i need help blocking an app it would make all the difference

    hello,

    I need help blocking an app on ios (iphone) i have everything else covered. This app makes me relapse every single time. Normally i would not have an issue but i am in lockdown and boredom is a hel of a thing. Thank you so much in advance, this would make all the difference.

    1. Download an app called "AppBlock."

    2. Block the app that is causing you to struggle.

    3. Create a password to access AppBlock that YOU WON'T REMEMBER. See link below.

    4. Send the passcode to a close friend. Tell them not to delete it.

    5. Lock app deletion using a password that YOU WON'T REMEMBER. (This way you can't uninstall AppBlock.)

    thanks started doing research and blocked it with screen time asked my mom to put in a password i do not know. Thanks for the help!
