    It's seriously time to stop...ItS really bringing me down and keeping me from succeeding...I find myself isolated from everyone..I gotta stick to NoFap ever day for support. This addiction sucks big time, and it's time for me to kill these demons and become the Man I know I can be..Im gunna do whatever it takes
