    Lately I have been relapsing so badly that my previous progression must be gone by now. I don't feel any sexual attraction anymore towards my girlfriend and I rather PMO. I feel so bad about it and I just want to quit. But it is so hard :'(

    I need some motivational words from you guys.. Please. Help me!
