I want to be more active and creative and less moody

hello everyone,
My story isn't different with others. I am a 21 years old student who wants to have more power and creation to live a better and more stable life. I tried to not watch porn and not masturbate a lot of times, at that times, my English language wasn't very good and I didn't know there is such a community which can help me do this really hard thing easier. I think the most important problem, which stops many of us from being pure from this kind of staffs is being in this by porn oversaturated society. I am happy to be here and I wish that I can find new friends here who can help me overcome this obstacle and find my way in life.
