    I think I can achieve this, so I joined this forum just to get a little bit of help.
    I just don't know anything about this addiction and what to do so it would be great if someone could tell me about it.

    Hello guys, i'm new to this forum. Also i'm new to NoFap like i started 3hr ago. Last week i started to fap 6 times a day and today i was like, no this need to stop, i need a change, i feel really really bad.. and here i am guys trying to find a help how to start nofap.

    There's an ebook you'll get in your email. That'll be a good way to start. Read the whole 44 pages. Don't lose your will Power, don't give into urges. Of possible, meditate even forna short period of time. Good luck!
