    Hi there, I am new here and addicted to porn and masturbation since last 4 years and I always tried to quit it but i couldn't succeeded. Every-time i decide to quit it, but i get ended up watching any porn clip and then in bathroom masturbating. Please help me to get ride of it.

It might be a little difficult to conquer and break the cycle but the good news is you can achieve amazing things and kick porn out your life by sticking around with nofap.
