I was reminded how I don't want to go back to fapping...

This weekend I have had serious urges but I've managed to keep going. Last night I was in that frame of mind - what's fapping once a month going to do?

I didn't want to relapse so I was looking for incentives to keep me going. I googled "if you stop fapping do you give off pheromones" as I wanted to get something to keep me going and as I know you do I figured it would work.

So there I was reading the article when what should show up but porn. Yup, while I was reading an article some porn popped up, very randomly I don't know why it popped up on an anti-fap site. I could've watched, could've fapped but it was almost instinctively, in less than a second I had closed the tab. That half a second was enough to make me see that I don't want to go back to that life. Keep going guys!
