-every habbit you would interrupt to masturbate (for me its learning, so when i have to do it i think about fapping)

-social media- destroyer of countless nofap streaks, deinstall instagram right know bud

-being in a physical position you associste with masturbation (lying in bed, sitting in the chair you usually fap in)

it really depends from person to person, but i think i listed the most common ones. do yourself a favour and deinstall social media, instagram is the worst. i sometimes go there to look at memes, but every other post is some egirl ad, today i literally saw porn on there, deinstalled it immediately
