@mutu Hi I will send you the book shortly. Ever since I finished the book, I'm free, I'm a non-PMOER, and it is easier for more to handle other life's challenges effectively. Reading this book and finishing was the best decision I have ever made. It also made me see that we are the one who can set ourselves free forever from PMO addiction. I'm the happiest person alive. All the best, you are about to set yourself free once and forever from PMO. It amazing to realize how much I hate PMO, insanely amazing!! No matter how much stress I go tru, the desire to PMO is not even there, the monster is dead forever.
