    50 days is a huge accomplishment if you went that long without P or M

    I am on day 5 of going for no P or M and it is insanely hard not to M

    I don't have a problem with M but I think it would do me some good to take a couple months off (trying to go to at least new years) so I can recenter myself and gain back some confidence.
