I just thought to share something which i am practicing since last week. This helps particularly when craving for porn makes me behave on auto pilot. This this what i do: simply created an exhaustive list of ways porn has impacted me mentally, physically, at my work, my family time, hobbies.....everything and stick it in front of you. It simply works as a powerful reminder when the craving takes me over. Atleast i would know where i am heading to has only anxiety, self doubt, body aches, self abuse and nothing else.... Bet craving will subside once you know the impact !! Thanks
