IMPORTANT: It's the same thing to do "straight" reboot or intermittent one?

Just curiosity: It's the same thing to do "straight" reboot or intermittent one?

In other words: If i do 90 days without no one relapse, or 45 days, one relapse and other 45 days, is this the same thing?

What's the difference? The count of the days is the same.

Everywhere there's written: A relapse is not a reset.

  2. It's not the same. You will still keep majority of healing that you got. It's just that you not gonna keep as much as you could have without a relapse. Think of it like taking 100 steps forward ad 10 steps back. It probably will set you back a little bit. Whether that "little bit" will be big enough for you to even notice the difference is to be seen. For some it might and for some it might not matter. Don't use this as an excuse to relapse tho.

Well guys, i pooched it last night and caved. I guess it says on my counter how many days I've been going. It's discouraging. I feel the urge so much more strongly now. I definitely feel like I'm taking steps backward just in terms of how present it is in my mind. Also can somebody tell me how to resest my counter thing?
