Improvement

Dear brothers and sisters
I haven't watched porn or any adult content for 12 days.
It is hard with GAD, depression, possibly OCD and I am a newly divorced male with 2 kids. No date or friends around.
Good news is that I made an appointment with a different therapist.
I will meet some people via meetups app in 2 weeks for a dinner.
Slowly I am getting ready to meet more people.
