    Hi

I'm relapsing like an fucking animal, since my highest streak which was about 6 months ago, I'm relapsing like an fucking animal every other day sometimes every day I relapse once and then again the next day.

I have a great life in the gym, I'm muscular, I am on my grind doing my thing making money, I'm muscular, but the addiction is killing me man is becoming more and more depressed fucking wasting my semen for nothing.

I want to stop this filthy thing, this dirty evil filthy thing, I deserve to die I deserve to be a fucking loser, actually.

I don't I was a winner that's why I keep fighting, I always win and I will overcome this evil thing as well, I just need discipline and control.

  2. I guess it's time to live up to your username outside of the gym. No one here can help you. You have to do this on your own. Be determined and you'll succeed.

Then I presume there are probably a lot of things in your home/daily environment that are triggering you to relapse. Desktop wallpaper, TV, videogames, social media, etc. If so, what should you do about it?

Dude I relapse every other day to IT KILLS ME EVERYTIME AND I FEEL LIKE SHIT. You seem like you go out often, try to distract yourself. My highest streak was about 22 days and I honestly felt good about myself for that time being. I went out with friends alot, got alot of work done. What worked for me back then (and this was like 3 years ago) I changed my environment and spent my time with others, no time alone.

Yeah that's an important strategy: keep your schedule full, with the right kinds of people who hold you to a high standard, and find the tiny minority of them to share about your struggle. If I find I'm alone with nothing to do, I try to either get working on an important project (have those too) or relocate to somewhere with people.
