    I have been a P addict for most of my life, and now I am just truly confused. At a point where viewing P seems to be something that I just want to do. Very confused right now, and on a bit of a relapse binge (still no O). Not sure where I am right now.

    Find some videoes or article on how porn ruin ones life.
    This helped me some how though im in struggle as well.

    I've spent much time doing this. And I have experienced the pain that porn brings personally.

    Thank you for the advice, it may be worth revisiting :)
