Insomnia with PM withdrawal

    This is one of my biggest obstacles. I need my sleep and get horrible insomnia when I stop porn and masturbation. Any suggestions?

    You can try taking a supplement like melatonin or 5-htp, I found them helpful. Also waking up early and exercising help too. Insomnia is a common withdrawal symptom, is also something you will likely just have to grit through as best you can. If you really truly wanna beat your addictions, what's a month or so of less sleep compared to a life of freedom?

    Melatonin, preferably one that is extended release. 5mg would be good to start with.

    Also try valerian root. It's a relaxer and will help keep you asleep and calm throughout the night. Take as much as the manufacturer directs.
