Instagram and other social medias are the biggest relapses to porn and masterbation

I know i should be posting this to the relapses report but anyways i just wanted to pointed out that i was looking at feet pictures on Instagram, the dopamine i was receiving because i was scrolling through pages that offered a lot of feet pictures and since there was so much to offer for me on Instagram my brain was exposed to a lot of sexual stimuli that i was spanking the monkey i just had to let one out.
I'm going to have to learn to trust myself and build the willpower to view this sort of stuff on different sites, the adult filters will make it worst, the good thing is to know the effects it can have and not to do it again.
