Hi everyone! This is going to be difficult for me but here I am because I need this. I think I'm a sexual addict. Porn, masturbation, sex encounters. I'm 22 and it's never too late, so I want to try to improve myself. I'm tired of feeling ashamed of what I do instead of changing and being a better man. So I'm going to go on hard mode. I really hope I'll be able to resist my urges like I've never done before, not only because I want to be physically healthier, but also because I want to love myself for who I am. I have been unconsciously struggling a lot with accepting myself as a male and as a homosexual and it's time I do something about it. I want to believe in myself, I want to do it!
