    I am 31/M, today marks the 3rd day of my no PMO journey. I'm willing to forget everything in the past. I'm willing to forget, and forgive myself for what I have done with my own life, how I neglected my ideal future and goals in order to feel good, no matter the price.

    Talking about the past will only get me in trouble. I will not talk and share more than the necessary. Please bear with me.
