    hi guys yesterday I've masturbated without porn after 21 days without pmo dose it a relapsed or not. because one guy name as noah church who is running YouTube channel of rebooting say once masturbation in 90 days is not a relapsed

    I think you relapse. 21 days could be too short and is better not fool ourselves. Try to resist more days and learn from this experience.
