It depends on what you define. I’m married so fantasy isn’t good for me. I also don’t like it because it gives me similar feelings to porn and can tempt me to go to porn for great pleasure or escape.

 

I'm also thinking about it. I think if you're not married so fantasizing is wrong cuz you can't to satisfy your desire. Consequently it'll lead you to masturbation. Masturbation is relapse. In my humble opinion)

 

It does not help you reboot. Longer streaks are more easily maintained when you keep your thoughts non-sexual.

No, fantasizing isn't a relapse but it might make you have a wet dream if you do it before going to sleep, and for the rest of day, you'll probably be horny soon and end up relapsing or you'll edge both of which are horrible for your reboot.
NoFap means NO MASTURBATION, if you want to reboot you need to give your body the time to heal. Otherwise it's of no use.

 

In a roboot stage you should not fantistise at all. In rewire stage you should be with real woman.

Thats my personal opinion basically because I think we need to desexualise ourselves to be able to properly rewire our porn corrupt minds.
