    Hello,
    I've starded looking around what NoFap is about, and I'm wonder is infinit nofap is possible and health, and if yes what instead? Regular sex? If yes, is there also any regulations to don't take too much sex as well?

    I think infinite NoFap is possible. Abstaining from PM for life should be the ultimate goal for all of us. Except hard mode ain't gonna happen for most people even if they do nofap
