I'm a newbie here. but I have learned about rebooting from my friends and somewhere else.

This is a question of debate. Some feel abstinence is best during reboot and others say real sex with real people is okay.

Since you and your partner’s love style is not vanilla might not be a bad idea to at least dial it back. Maybe you pleasure her only.
