How to be porn free, if the only source of pleasure in my life is porn?
I think that cold turkey is almost impossible for people with depression.
I see that people with depression can reach the 90 days because their libido is low. It's easier this way.
But if the libido is high, things become more complicated.
Is there any tutorial for people with depression? Or any anedocte of people going through the same situation?
    Thank you

I have depression and it's possible. I even suspect that the main cause of it is porn and masturbation. You see, having depression one loses interest in most activities, I only am the way I used to be when I'm drunk. Still, it is completely possible, not only that but your only hope to regaining strength from mainly lethargy ( after a relapse, I feel worse for some days.)
Don't let having depression stop you from abstaining from porn. No matter what mental disorder you have, you can do this. Consider also talking to a psychologist, it can help to find strategies to deal with depression (it's different to deal with it from people to people)

    I've done that.
And i've been into a 200 days of hell and suicidal thoughts.
That has been the worst period of my whole life.

Nice thing, some months after that, the best period came out.

  4. In your situation, if you have depression I guess support in form of therapy is the minimum necessary to have possibility to not being completely lost and furtherly destroyed by hardships of reboot.
I had underlying depression while starting NoFAP and my reboot was hell ,especially when PAWS started to kick in. If you have depression, it shouldn't stop you from rebooting but seek therapist or professional help because you may not be able to cope with this alone. Lack of dopamine that occurs after cutting PMO stimuli can by itself cause horrible symptoms and further deepen depression. It's double edged sword.
So, according to my experience, I would
    1) strongly advise you to educate yourself about mechanisms of addiction and possible obstacles. Knowledge is power, otherwise you will be at mercy of dopamine lacking and hardships accustomed caused by hormonal imbalance. Also stress may increase during reboot. Insomnia and a whole lot of problems.
    2) seek someone to support you, and/or support group.

To picture it better - imagine that you are sailing ship on the stormy night, without lighthouse and compass to guide you through storm. Complete chaos and confusion. Reboot will be like this at one moment.
Don't treat my post as discouragement but rather as warning and an invitation to reboot wisely and bravely.
You can also PM me if you need further explanation.
