Is looking at a P-sub a relapse?

    I searched for a P-sub, and then watched a video for like 2 seconds before i immediately clicked it away. I felt quite a dopamine rush while looking up the vid. Would you count this as a relapse?

    i dont think its a relapse, as long as you left quick and didnt dwell on it you should be fine, now the dopamine rush did you no favors but it will be ok

    I wouldn’t say a reset, however you may still feel some effects from it for a day or so if your like me. Our brains are very sensitive right now during recovery and the slightest dopamine hit can send me some negative side effects.

    Plus PMO recovery is a rollercoaster ride in general.
