    Watch Dr. Doug Weiss on YouTube...the problem is brain training. His brain has been trained to release dopamine from fantasy/imagery. Even if it is you, he's with fantasy you or his favorite version of you....zero-work-or-effort-you, so when real you comes back around, it's not enough. An image doesn't fight, talk, experience disappointment, or dissatisfaction...an image never complains. "Image you", is still stealing from "real you".

    It nevers works or keeps them from acting out sexually, because for their brain it feels the same.
