    Hello Guys,
I'm new to the NoFap Community. I'm currently on day 14 of my Reboot and I'm starting to questioning if NoFap is really worth it.
I know I can only abstain from PMO for 90 days if I know that this will really improve my life. Masturbating and watching porn does make alot of fun, therefore the benefits of NoFap should be pretty big.

The reason why I'm doing NoFap is mainly because I have a really weird and undefined sexuality. I always liked girls ever since I can remember and I was never really attracted to guys in real life. I also always had a crossdresser fetish and started masturbating in girls clothes when I was 13-14. I definetely had this fetish before I even started porn so I don't think this is a porn induced fetish.
I started watching porn more regulary when I was 14-15 and like most people I started with basic straight porn and watched more and more extrem porn after a while but I have almost never masturbated to porn more than once a day. So I don't think I was ever a hardcore porn addict but I still had a hard time to masturbate without porn.
After some time I imagined myself as the woman in the porn videos and started to watch hardcore gangbang and bdsm scenes. I loved the fantasy of being a submissive women.
When I was 18-19 I registered myself at a gay online platform and started writing with older mens because I had this fantasy about being used by an old men. I wrote with several mens but I never met any men in real life because I just thought this is only a weird fantasy since I'm not really attracted to men in real life.
Now I'm 23 and my weird gay and sissy fantasies became more and more intensive and they started to influence my normal life in a negative way. I always had these fantasies of getting dressed up as a woman and being used by a men but when it got serious I always pulled back in the last moment.

Since these thoughts started to affect my every day life I decided to try out Nofap after I read that porn can damage your sexually in a negative way. As I said I always had a crossdressing fetish but I think it becamse even more intensive due to porn.
After 14 days of Nofap and I don't see any benefits at all but I know I have to wait longer. My only problem is that I'm not fully convinced that my fantasies will dissapear after a 90 day reboot because I know I'm born with this fetish. That's why I'm starting to think that I might need to fullfill these fantasies because that is who I really Am.
I'm just so confused because one part of me just wants a normal relationship with a beautiful girl but the other part of me wants to have a relationship with a men as a sissy.

I really hope everything I wrote is comprehensible because english is not my native language.

So my main question is "do you think there's a good chance my gay/sissy fantasies will dissapear due to Nofap even though I had this kind of fetish before watching porn" ?
Otherwise I won't be able to finish the 90 days sucessfully.

  2. It's hard to say where you will end up sexually along the spectrum of possibilities. However, I can tell you that watching a lot of porn certainly can cause "temporary" shifts along this spectrum. For example, many lifelong hetrosexual men find that they get off to homosexual porn while having no interest in that in real life. Porn obviously distorts our true and honest view of things, including our respect for whatever gender we are attracted to by objectifying them.

The bottom line is this: No matter what what your sexual preference is or will ultimately be, porn use is not good when it comes to real-world relationships. If for no other reason than to be honest and truthful with yourself and others, replacing porn with healthy activities can do nothing but good in the long run.

    Peace today.

I think you really should go at least 90 days no pmo to get the answers you need.
