Is Sleep/Circadian Rhythm Recovery part of the reboot?

    For those who have successfully completed a 90 day or longer reboot. I am wondering if troubles sleeping during a reboot is normal or just me. Is it my brain going through some kind of a dopamine withdrawal that screws up sleep? At what point in the challenge does it stop? I am day 44/90 BTW. I have been waking up around 3am and can't fall back asleep until 6am which sucks. Is anyone else having sleep issues? Thanks.

    Having bouts of insomnia is commonplace among rebooters. For me, I suffered from extreme insomnia (I would hardly sleep 2 hours a night and yet be energetic the next day) I struggled with it. It has gotten better week by week. I think by the 60th day, my sleeping has gotten better. Everyone is different tho.
