Is there a way to block apps/websites on iPhones.

Have you tried restrictions in the settings under general. You can get someone else to set the password and it can block apps and adult websites. This is for Apple devices though.

 

There is also a k9 web browser for apple. Disable safari and the app.

The problem with iphone is that one app can't track another. The only current tool that I have found is called curbi at curbi dot com. I don't have a smart phone anymore so I am not sure about all of the ins and outs, but it uses a local VPN to monitor all traffic.

 

1) I use K9 on mine and

2) don't allow option to add new apps (since I know some that I can use to get P even though its not their main purpose).

The only passcode you have to give out is the one that allows you to turn on/turn off restrictions. Give it out to a few people and don't memorize it. I just gave that to a couple of people and in a pinch, I can text them for it. You might even consider just giving it to a few people on here if you are uncomfortable asking "normals". :}
