Is this a good sign?

Hello everyone, I'm posting here after a while and things have drastically changed in my life. I am a 37 year old virgin who has severe PIED. I have been PMO abstinent 35 days (my counter may be bad), and I'm starting to see some progress. The fact, though, is that I don't know if I'm rebooting, rewiring, or flatlining, but I definitely see some progress. I'm starting to see this girl, and things have not turn sexual yet. Maybe at some points things will turn that way, but for now we still platonic friends. Today we went out, and we hug for a moment, just a spontaneous hug. We went to do something, and she got a little scared, so she hugged me. I obviously hugged her back, and when that happened I had an erection, maybe 65 or 70%. Should I see this as a good sign? The things that make me doubt of my progress is that after the mild erection I had a lot of precum. Any ideas or advice?
