I just kind of thought about it and bam orgasm. Except I didn't touch anything with my hands, my hands were clasped in front of my chest the whole time. Does this count as a relapse? I was sort of conscious, however if I had been fully conscious I wouldn't have done it. I didn't masturbate, but I still got aroused and went to orgasm. I'm doing PM right now. Does this count as a relapse? Please Advise.

I see no relapse. Also a perfectly normal situation. You might get even more wet dreams next days, so don't get scared of it.
